solutions, answers and do not dwell on the negativity of the situation.

- Align yourself with positive people (for me, that was Believers in
the Lord Jesus Christ), people who believe in healing, health, wholeness
and positive outcomes. Block out any reports of doom and gloom.

- Read anything and everything that helps to strengthen your faith.

- Pray, faithfully attend a place of worship; seek God’s faith with all
of your heart.
